new device and new rule

Mistress had me purchase a stainless steel chastity device.  it arrived and Mistress ordered me to wear it today.  i put it on at 7:30 this morning and She has said I can unlock at 5:45 pm this afternoon.  She likes the device because it is metal and it hides my puny worthless dick.  She could see my dick when i wore the plastic device.  i am now required to pay Mistress for each hour i am locked up.   i am to pay her $0.40 per hour when i wear the plastic device and $0.80 per hour for the first 5 hours when wearing the metal device, after 5 hours the amount i am required to pay Her drops to $0.40 per hour.  i really can't tell the different between plastic and metal other than this one is heavier
