i am required to round minutes so that rounding increases the time to the next hour

i have been locked since 9am and permitted to unlock at 5:30.   9 hours for a total of 5.60 plus yesterdays $6.40 for a total owed $12.00.

3/7  locked on friday from 11am to 6pm, total for the day $4.80, grand total owed $16.80

3/10  locked on monday at 9am and unlocked at 6pm, total for the day is $5.60, grand total is now $22.40

3/11  locked on tuesday, 8am  unlocked at 6pm  total for the day $6.00, grand total is now $28.40

3/12   locked on wednesday, 9am  unlocked at 6pm  total for the day $5.60, grand total is now $34.00

3/13  locked on thursday, 8am  unlocked at 6pm  total for the day $6.00, grand total is now $40.00

3/14   locked with two different devices (plastic from 9am to 1pm and then the metal device til 6pm),  day $4.50  total $44.50

3/17   locked on monday, 9am  unlocked at 6pm  total for the day $5.60, grand total is now $50.10

3/18 locked from 8am to 1pm, total for day $4.00, grand total now  $54.10

3/19 locked from 9am - 2pm  total for the day $4.00, grand total now $58.10

3/25  locked from 9am to 2pm   total for the day $4.00, grand total now $62.10

3/27  locked from 9am to 6pm   total for the day $5.60, grand total now $67.70

3/28  locked from 9am to 3pm   total for the day $4.40, grand total now $72.10

3/31  locked from 7am to 6pm   total for the day $6.40, grand total now $78.50
